The Librarian's Guide to Homelessness: Practical Online Training

We have recently purchased an online subscription to The Librarian's Guide to Homelessness: Practical Online Training so YOU can Solve Problems with Compassion.  This 2 ½ hour online training course provides proven methods for successfully handling various situations with the homeless in a compassionate and respectful manner. The tips for handling various situations are easy to understand and simple, with demonstrations provided for each method. Within the course of the training, you will see a lot of the “do this, not this” type of instruction with potential outcomes shown for each choice that you make when handling situations with the homeless.

To access this training, please click this link: Training Link. Please follow the prompts and use your work email to create an account.
