The new Incident Reporting System (PITS), is now available for us to use. Here is the direct link.
Most staff will use the generic login for Central Library Services, which is:
Username: cen.library@houstontx.gov
Pswd: same as your 'cenlibrary' password
1. If you are using the generic login, make sure that you add your name to the comments section.
2. If more than one staff member witnessed the incident, only one report needs to be done; however, each individual needs to add their account of the event to that report's comments section.

Pwsd: When you access https://hplpits.quipugroup.net/, you will see a button labeled “Forgot Password?”; click on that, enter the requested credentials and the system will send you an email with the password.
