Greetings all.
Last week I sent instructions that no holdshelves are to be cleared until the end of the month. I would like to amend that instruction now and ask that no holdshelves be cleared in the III system until October 15th. This will give us additional time to get branches open, and it will give customers additional time to get to branches to pickup items that they have requested. If it becomes necessary to amend this instruction further, I will let you know.
Again, please do not clear your holdshelf in III until October 15th.
