Dear HPL Staff,

Please note the following regarding the distribution of the 2008 W-2 Forms:

· W-2 Forms for Neighborhood Library locations are scheduled to go out in Friday's delivery.

· W-2 Forms for Marston Units will be available in the Payroll Office Friday, January 30 at 9am.

· W-2 Forms for Central and JIB will be available Friday morning between 9 -11 at the mail room window.


W-2 Forms will be released to Unit Heads, Timekeepers and/or appointed designees only! (Individuals need to see thier designated timekeeper for thier W-2)Individuals who have resigned, retired or separated employment will receive their 2008 W-2 in the mail.

All newly hired and/or rehired employees who received their first payroll check after 12/30/2008, will not receive a W-2 Form from the City of Houston for the 2008 calendar year.
