The City’s Annual Open Enrollment for Medical, Dental and Supplemental Insurance period will begin Friday, March 20, 2009 through April 20, 2009. Please Note All benefit election and change forms must be completed and returned to HPL – Human Resources No Later Than 5PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2009
