Recently staff has been asked by customers to assist in writing resumes and/or searching for jobs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate this request with the 2 staff members that are assigned to laptops every hour.
Currently the Houston Public Library does offer computer classes in a variety of skills including resume writing or you can redirect customers to the 2ND floor (C.O.R.E. area) for additional assistance from reference staff.
Please let a supervisor know if any additional information is needed.
