Internet Usage Policy Update

In a Nutshell: Customers can sign-up for a computer without having to reset how much time is available for the day. All session will still be one hour. Customer will still need to reserve a computer for each requested one hour session.

What this means for staff: We no longer have to reset daily time avaialble.

Have a great day & If you have any question PLEASE feel free to ask.

Good Afternoon-

I received a handful of questions regarding the Internet Usage Policy Update (Policy 4.8), most dealing with whether or not customers could sign themselves up for additional sessions or if staff would have to assist.

The new policy will allow the customer to put themselves in the queue as many times as they wish. Staff will not need to be involved in the process. IT reports that all servers were updated as of Friday, August 28th, meaning that the new process should be in place

Thanks for your patience.
