Good afternoon all

Here is a bit of additional information regarding the street closure for tomorrow, Friday, December 4th.

 McKinney will close precisely at 6PM on Friday, December 4th to allow for the set up of fireworks in the street. Fire Marshalls will not allow any vehicle traffic through McKinney after 6PM. Security will close the exit gate at this time. All vehicles will need to exit prior to this street closure. Please speak with you supervisor if there are any concerns about leaving before the street closure.

 Staff that park at Central – please use caution when exiting the garage prior to the street closure. There will be a lot of pedestrian traffic crossing McKinney between 5 and 6PM.

 Staff who catch the bus to Lot H – the last bus that picks up in front of the Central Library will come around 5:50PM. After this time, you will have to catch the bus at City Hall Annex or 611 Walker due to the street closure.
