I know some of you may have been able to execute the instructions sent by ITD yesterday but the majority would not have been able to, do to security on Library devices.
IT has Pushed the change to all of the Library machines (don’t worry it will not hurt if you already did it!).
The change will occur the next time each PC is logged out and then logged back in.
So we do need your help to perform that task.
WAIT! Don’t everyone do this immediately – it would be devastating to the network!
So, When you end your day today (Jan 15) , please "Log off" – not shutdown, and immediately log back on.
Leave your computer logged in over night and whoever works on Saturday can shutdown unused PC’s so they do not run all weekend.
If I am not too late for some, you could log out when you go to lunch and log back on when you return.
