Computer Card Registration

Greetings all.

Regarding the recent message about Policy 6.2 – Registration, please do not have customers fill out paper registration forms for Computer Use cards. It is only necessary to complete the online registration forms. Links to the online Computer Use card registration forms can be found on the left side of the staff reference page under “Computer Use Only – Registration.”
