When you get the chance, make sure you drop by the CD section as some shelving rules have changed. The CDs will now be shelved from TOP to BOTTOM instead of the previous bottom to top. This will also be a learning experience to hone our customer service skills as we will need to approach customers who might be confused by the change and show them how the new shelving pattern works.
