Reminder for Texshare cards

Keep in mind that though we do not process Texshare applications, we MUST continue to check if the customer requesting a Texshare application/contract is eligible for the program. The person must:

• live in the city limits
• have proof of residence stating their residence (no PO Boxes are accepted as a residence in Houston)
• Have a card with us for no less than 3 months 
• have an account in good standing (not expired, no fines)

Also, if a customer is insistent the Texshare card be processed on the same day, feel free to call the system circulation at 832-393-1571 or 1574.
