Greetings,
It is perfectly OK to send customers to the Compass Center
to use Open Job Lab Computers for ACA purposes – I believe these laptops are
available from 10 am to 4 pm daily.
Please be mindful of the WorkForce Solutions schedule and do
not refer people to Workforce Solutions counselors.
Staff on second floor should keep an eye on overflow – has
not happened yet, and it may not happen – and let staff know not to send people
to Second if all laptops are being used. You can blog it, use Vocera,
call Maria, let Welcome Desk know, etc.
