Good afternoon, all!
If a client wishes to donate artwork to HPL, they must email jason.stephens@houstontx.gov. He will in turn email them back a form the donor must fill out and return. After the form is submitted, the donated art must be approved through the Houston Arts Alliance as well as City Council.
