Good morning all.
It is possible that you will receive calls from customers
who have checked out items that were damaged in the recent flooding or that you
will receive flood damaged items through the book drop or at the service
desk. We are in the process of putting together a procedure for handling
flood damaged items. It will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
In the interim, please discharge any flood damaged item returned to your
location from the customer record and set it aside, separate from other material.
Customers should not be charged replacement charges for flood damaged items.
