Effective today Cigna counseling
calls cannot be done during work hours. Managers will share this
information with their direct and indirect reports in the coming days, so there
still may be some requests trickling in.
Cigna counselors are available
24/7 so these sessions can be easily scheduled after hours and on weekends.
