- Look in your inbox for an email sent on 1/11/16 from david.laplante@houstontx.gov and click on the link to create your account.
- The username defaults to your e-mail address. Create a password.
- Click “next” and it will take you to a confirmation page.
- Go back to your e-mail. You’ll see a new message titled “Confirmation Instructions” from support.knowbe4.com. Open this e-mail.
- Click on the link “Activate my account”
- This will take you to your account where you can start the cyber security training.
When you've completed the training please make sure to save/print out a copy of your certificate and place it on Sylvia's desk.
