ALERT! - new reservation software on THURSDAY April 28
The ITeam reservation software is coming tomorrow, Thursday, April 28th. The plan is for 1st floor and 3rd floor (ADULT and RESEARCH) to roll over first, then COMPASS/KIDS/TEENS/WLC to roll over after that. Katie will be monitoring the deployment and hopes to be able to test it with any staff member interested before we open at 10:00am. Please watch the video as recommended below!(Thanks! Paty)
Here is a short video, showing how staff can interact and
make changes on the new ITeam Reservation system.
We will be installing it to the branches soon, some sooner
than others. But wanted to let your staff see what they are able to do.
This is on the staff training portal, but here is the short
cut straight to it. It helps to see things once it is maximized on your
computer.
