I spoke to David in IT around 1pm and he said YouTube will work on our laptops and patrons' devices via HPL's wifi connection.

There have been a handful of customer comments/complaints about YouTube not working on the public computers.
IT has a ticket open with City IT regarding this matter. I am not sure when the ticket was opened, but the issue was first reported sometime on Saturday, and I reported it on Monday morning.
