Greetings, iTeam was rolled out on 4th floor this morning – Kids and Teens.  For the time being, please refer to the information prepared by Brad and found at http://hplcen.blogspot.com/2016/06/everyone-we-will-try-to-build-training.html Brad will have more detailed instructions ready for release later today which I will email to everyone.  Brad is also working on the logistics of getting staff trained tomorrow morning for the Compass Center.  We will be reaching out to key staff members to assist with training/support Robert Bliss and Sean (Shawn?) will be available for questions throughout the day today. ROLL-OUT SCHEDULE          Thursday, June 23 -  Compass Center (2nd floor) and World Languages (1st floor Lamar side)          Friday – Sunday, June 24-26 – Test period – Please make sure to report any issues so they may be fixed before iTeam is rolled-out in this area, which could be the most challenging area.          Monday, June 27 – First Floor McKinney Side (Large bank of computers) So far the reports on iTeam from the 3rd floor (which was rolled out on Monday, June 20) are positive and the only “glitch” was due to human error.
