Everyone,Because of issues getting the PIN numbers to properly authenticate with SIRSI please be advised...
CUSTOMERS DO NOT NEED TO ENTER PINS TO LOG INTO THE NEW SYSTEM!!!!!
There is not longer a PIN field and as long as customers have a valid library card number, computer use card number, or guest id number they do NOT need to enter their PIN. If you have any questions please let me know.
