This is a reminder that HALAN will be upgrading the Symphony Workflows software to version 3.5.2 on tonight. The upgrade will begin about 12:30 AM and the Symphony system will be down about four hours.
Here’s what you need to know:
· Make sure that you leave your workstations ON when you leave the building on Wednesday night November 2nd;
· Log out of Workflows and Windows, but do not shut down the computer;
· We will remotely upgrade staff computers after the library closes;
· During the upgrade, My Account features will not be available. Customers will NOT be able to:
o login to their account
o renew their checked out items
o place items on hold
o an alert will be placed in Enterprise to notify customers
