When customers ask about Computer Classes (or other programs), please make sure you check the weekly calendar of events. They are posted everywhere and there in one prominently displayed at the Welcome Desk. Too often customers are either being misdirected or the staff member is desperately trying to find information that is literally at their fingertips. Thanks, Paty
