Resetting ESS Password

Greetings,

 To reset your ESS/SAP password, please call the HITS Customer Service Center at (832)394-4487. They are open from 7 AM to 5 PM and cannot reset or unlock ESS/SAP accounts via email due to security purposes. Thanks! Paty
