Some staff members have incorrectly used the Computer Use Only Card which is a temporary card registration good for 30 days only with limited access to our resources.

Also, keep some paper forms handy; the address verification software is not always recognizing customer’s last names and we will need to use the traditional paper form until that issue is resolved.
