Greetings Central Services Staff,
Please be aware that the “Library Rules” are posted in
acrylic sign holders at the Welcome Desk, R1, R2 and R3. Additionally,
there is a manila folder which contains photocopies that you may give customers
when informing them of the library rules at each reference desk. Please
remember that it’s our tone of voice and word choice which greatly matter when
speaking with customers.
