The Envisionware (new reservation system for public PCs) roll-out has been postponed until Monday, October 9, 2017. Next week, Coin Copier will be replacing copiers with newer equipment in order to make printing a smoother process for our customers. We will try to have another training next Friday, October 6.
Another important announcement is that the 4 PCs on 2nd floor will be out of commission next week. Digital Strategies needs to reconfigure the computers as they are having some issues with the equipment. We will need to put 4 laptops out so customers can use those instead of the PCs. Lisa, Alice or John, please make sure the laptops are set up before opening.
Unfortunately, Staff scheduled on 2nd Floor will need to keep eye on the equipment, as well as make sure people are logged in only for 2 hours, this especially important if other customers are waiting for a turn. I suggest that you monitor the floor from the table area rather than the desk. The Workforce solutions counselor will also need to be informed of this change. Thanks! Paty
