The "I Said No" Online Survey is ready, so PLEASE START USING. Craig created the form with a few known categories, use the “Other” option for all other categories. Make sure to include a short blurb about what was requested that we could not accommodate. Please remember these are potential service or program gaps and not intended for addressing issues with existing policies.
