Patrons are allowed to check out 15 DVDs

Customers are now allowed to check out 15 DVDs instead of 5 DVDs.  Changes have been made in Sirsi Workflows and to the official policy (see attached).  If you have signs that say customers are only allowed 5 DVDs, please remove them.
