The Barbara Bush Plaza has been designated the area where people can bring offerings of flowers, teddy bears or personal notes. Please direct people to the Plaza stage area to leave their mementos. People may start coming as soon as today..
HMRC staff will set up tribute boards for the public to leave messages. This may be done later today, but it could be tomorrow. Central staff will need to assist with roving the Plaza, particularly once offerings start to collect.
