HEADSY UP SATURDAY CREW!
The server replacement will start at approximately 6:15 Saturday evening, August 16. We need everyone to be out of the system by that time. This means you should complete your Saturday operations promptly and close your sessions ASAP when the library closes at 6PM on Saturday. This also means that if you have any lists or statistical reports running, you should make sure they complete before 6PM. When the server is shut down, all open processes and sessions will be terminated.
We anticipate this replacement will greatly improve transaction processing speed and that sites open on Sunday afternoon will notice an immediate difference.
We will send a second reminder to all staff on Friday, but in the meantime, please let your co-workers know that relief is on the way!
