Meeting and Training Schedule for the rest of 2008

Hello Team,
Just a quick heads up on the LST meeting and training schedule for the rest of 2008. You can find a link to the monthly meeting and trainings under the schedules heading of our blog. Any additional meetings will be announced and posted as well. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask.

All LST Staff Meetings
LST staff meetings will be divided into 2 days.
10/22 - 23
11/19 - 20
12/17 - 18

Floor Team Staff Meetings

October
10/08 - 1st floor staff meeting
10/15 – 2nd floor staff meeting
10/21 – 3rd floor staff meeting
10/29 - 4th floor staff meeting
10/30 – 5th floor staff meeting

After the month of October, we will skip November and resume the floor staff meetings during the 1st week of every month, thereafter.

Trainings:

We have decided to have a training twice a day with one subject each week to allow staff members more personal attention from the trainers. Trainings will be held from 10 – 11 & 2 – 3 (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 – 3 & 3 – 4 on Wednesday. On Fridays there will be additional 1-on-1 trainings and /or make up time

November
11/3 – 11/6 – TexShare & Donations

12/1 – 12/4 – Printing (Pharos) & ILL
12/8 – 12/11 – Place items in Missing Status
12/15 – 12/18 – Call Slips & Bindery
