This is just a quick note to remind you that we are now accepting Sunday requests for January 2009 – March 2009 I will be taking requests from other departments for any remaining openings as of December 1.
Just a couple of quick reminders about Sundays
1. There is only one shift 1pm – 5pm (all people are expected to be at their post at 1pm)
2. Please report to work wearing your red HPL shirt
3. If you know in advance you can not make your shift PLEASE let me know So I can find you coverage(or if you know somebody that wants your shift… even better)
4. If a person should call in (this does not apply to switches) on a Sunday PLEASE be aware that it can only happen once.
After your second call in, we will have to take you off the schedule for one year.
Please e-mail me with your Sunday request as soon as possible so we can make sure our department is taken care of.
