Financial services has noticed in the past two or three weeks that there has been hardly any cash to collect from the OCE Virtual Cash machines and they are concerned that the money has been inappropriately removed by another party. If you have noticed people other than HPL's Financial Services staff collecting money from the VCAs in the past weeks - as well as currently - please let me know as soon as possible. If I am not available, please notify another manager or supervisor.
