Good evening, all!
When replacing a library card, remember to put the old library card into a note field and add the date it was replaced. Here is how my notes usually are:
x 3/23/11 OLD CARD 22477000000000 REPLACED @ CEN. HOME LIB IS KEN DP/LST
This will help greatly if the validity of the account ever comes into question and we have to do a signature check.
