Good afternoon, all!
I just want to remind everyone to be vigilant when assisting with print jobs. Some customers are still using "3rd Floor Printer" when printing from the first floor. If a customer is having an issue with the print job not being on the queue, likely the customer selected this option. If they have, we cannot retrieve the job and the job must be sent again to the correct printer. My understanding is that they are working on removing it from the list, but no update as of yet.
