We have been receiving complaints from customers that the web filter is blocking access to AOL email. What the filter does is block pop-ups and for some reason, AOL seems to frequently appear in pop-ups. If you have a customer with a problem accessing their AOL account, please have them go directly to www.aol.com. This should allow them into email without any problem.
