Don't write on applications!

We've recieved a bunch of applications with potential problems (fines, no acct in system, etc) in which the checker wrote the issue directly on the app. The only things we should write on the app are Card number, P-Type, Initials and what the application was for (Renewal, Update info, Replace, new card, etc). If there is a problem with the application, use a small sticky note to identify the problem or bring it directly to an LST supervisor or senior to solve the issue.
