Laptop Desk Procedure Reminder

Good afternoon, all! Quick reminder that laptop desk may be called on to facilitate payments for laptops. More often than not, the passport office will call either Self-check or Circ desk, but keep in mind that if those positions are busy, they will be contacting laptop desk or even sorting room to expedite the payment. If you are called and are assisting a customer, request the passport worker understands this instead of just saying no. All LST staff members are available at any service point to charge a passport fee. If you don't know how to, ask a colleague or supervisor.
