Our tech librarians are here to assist with technological issues we are unsure how to fix and have already tried to resolve. We should not call a tech librarian to complete tasks we simply do not feel we should have to do or do not want to do.
Also, due to the limited staff in the Tech Team, it is imperative we do not call individual tech librarians. If you need to contact a techie, use the "Call Tech Team" feature on your Vocera.
1) A brief summary of the issue
2) A list of solutions you have already tried
3) The G # of the equipment involved just in case a IT request needs to be made
