Rules of App Club

Good afternoon, all.

With our first Senior Lead Training nearing completion, we wanted to empty the suggestion bucket and remind people of a few things when dealing with account alterations and creations before we ring in the new year:

1) If a customer is creating an application, make sure we place a T for a Texas Driver's License or I for Texas ID.
2) Make sure to add the customer's birthday into the account. Whether they're adult or youth, having these birthdays in the account help to avoid duplicate records down the line
3)When completing a youth card, make sure the parent's ID number is under the Parent ID section and not under Alt ID. This will cause an issue in the creation of the account as the system will not allow two records with the same ID number.
4) When creating an account or altering one, make sure to add in what the customer's verification of address was on the application. If it was a bill, write bill, if it was his ID or TDL, say so. This lets us know the account was created with the customer's accurate info.
5) If a customer uses a checkbook, we do not need the customer's personal bank account numbers listed on the application or on the account itself.

If you have any questions or comments, or feel you need an additional training in applications, please let us or a member of the app team know.

Thanks!
