Last Chance to Complete Your Path to Wellness!

If your health insurance is through Cigna, and you're not sure if you've completed your path to wellness, here's how to check your account.

1. Log into my.cigna.com
2. Under the "Manage My Health" section on the right hand side of the page, select "Pick Your Path"
3. If you've completed everything it should say 100% in the "My Awards Earned" box.
4. If yours says 0% (like mine) then you'll need to attended one of the onsite health education programs listed below. 

If you need help checking your account just ask and I can walk you through it. If you need time to attend one of these meetings please see a supervisor ASAP.

Option C: Onsite Health Education Programs

Deadline: March 12, 2016

Take advantage of the last chance to complete Option C. Fast-track onsite health education programs are available at various work sites around the city. You can earn 100 percent participation credit for Option C by attending a one-time, 2 1/2-hour session. Registration is not required. Employees are advised to discuss onsite health education class attendance with supervisors and adjust work schedules accordingly. Dates and locations near you are available.
