Winter is coming...
Everyone,
The "new" ITeam Reservation system will be installed on the 3rd floor
computers, and ONLY the 3rd floor computers, on Monday June 20th.
In response to this Central Reference staff will be doubled up on the
3rd floor for as many hours as is possible and those reference staff
with the most experience using and troubleshooting the system will be
assigned to the 3rd floor during the install. The ITeam tech is
scheduled to be present on the 3rd floor during the day to assist in
troubleshooting.
Once the tech staff have had experience with this new system training
and documentation will be provided to the rest of the reference and
circulation staff. As I get more information I will let you all know.
