ILL Requests through Texas Group Catalog/WorldCat - currently not working

The following message is coming up whenever customers try to place an interlibrary loan request:

RTMServiceException: Error with sending output data: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.

The problem has been reported to OCLC.
