Everyone,
Please be aware that unlike the old reservation system if you have people on the wait list on the sign in station, and you need to turn off that computer, the wait list will be lost. That means that everyone who is already in line for a computer will need to sign back in. This is different from the old system because the wait list it stored on the reservation computer and not on server some place else.
So, if you can, try to wait for people on the wait list to get assigned a computer and logged in before turning the sign in station off. Or, if that is not possible, please tell the waiting patrons they will need to sign up again before power cycling the sign in computer.
