On-Line Customer Survey

Thanks for your willingness to help spread the word to your staff about LibSat’s launch on the website. Below is wording that you can use in an email and/or staff meetings:

“This is to let you know that LibSat, the 24/7/365 web-based Customer Satisfaction Survey that you’ve heard about (and hopefully taken) over the past several weeks, has been loaded onto the HPL website for public use.

We need your assistance in letting customers know that the survey is available, and that we need and value their input. While the most logical time to do so is during the check-out phase of a customer visit, you can “push” the survey during any customer interaction, including thematic programs scheduled for the month. Please remind them of these key points:

•The link to the survey is currently loaded on the main page of the HPL Website, under a bright orange and read banner that reads “Let us hear from you”.

•There are two versions of the survey: a short version, which takes about 5-7 minutes to complete, and an in-depth version, which takes about 15 minutes to complete.

•Both versions allow for customers to include comments, which we are happy to receive. (Especially those positive comments!)

•HPL will review the data on a monthly basis, and will use it in an attempt to address customer concerns and comments as quickly as possible.

•The survey is available online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so they can complete it from home if they have that capability.

The External Affairs Division has developed bookmarks advertising the survey that should help start the conversation about the survey. Those are expected to arrive at public service locations on Tuesday, September 9th. We ask that you push the survey throughout the month of September.

Thanks, as always, for your help!”

Let me know if you have any questions or think we should change the wording.

Thanks!
