A few reminders regarding completing apps!

Keep in mind that all applications MUST be completed in blue or black ink. If a client uses pencil or another color ink, the customer must fill out a new application in the correct color. The customer cannot trace over the words in the correct color nor can we. The reason for this is the scanner may or may not pick up various other colors and can lead to a customer's account being discharged from collections if we cannot read/see the signature or handwriting variations.

Also, when checking to see if a customer has a duplicate account through a name search, use "Browse" instead of "Keyword". Browse will give you all possibilities which can lead to locating a dupe. Keyword will search ONLY for the words in the system, thus not providing an accurate listing.
