Hi there: On Friday, July 15, 2016 the Harris County Public Library posted the following message on their  Facebook page: Read something by someone you think is nothing like you--whether that  separation is cultural, philosophical, or religious. It might not change your mind, but understanding is  the first step toward dialog.  ‪#‎librariesforpeace The post included the attached picture. Please feel free to create a display at your location around this picture or around the saying HCPL  posted. You might decide to just print the picture and put it at your information desk or you  might actually create a display. This is not mandatory but I received some questions about  whether or not HPL would be okay with locations doing this. If you decide to do something at your location please send me a picture.  We will look at featuring it on HPL social media channels. Thanks.
